Write Notepads & Co. Wholesale Portal

The Write Notepad & Co. Wholesale Portal gives you access to your Retail Partner discount on www.writepads.com and shipping details without having to wait for an email reply. Additionally, it makes it much easier to plan out your order in a way that suits you.

LOG-IN TO THE PORTAL

You can access the wholesale portal by clicking the log-in link at the foot of the webpage or in the Wholesale information page.

ACCOUNT PAGE

Once you log in you will be brought to your account page. Your account page shows you three things: Quick Order Form, account information, and order history. The order history gives you a quick picture of the orders you have previously paid. Your account information gives you access to your shipping and billing address. The Quick Order Form allows you to access the products available for you without having to click on every product page, making it easier to purchase multiple products in a faster amount of time.

QUICK ORDER FORM

Once you click the Quick Order Form, you will see a page that has the collections available on the left and the products of those collections in the center. If no products are available for wholesale discounts, the collection will be empty. Our main collections are NOTEBOOKS, PAPER GOODS, AND LIMITED EDITIONS.

Merely add the quantities of the product variants you will like and then press the UPDATE CART button. Next, press View Cart to see your final cart total.

Your CART page will have all your selected variants, and their total with the wholesale discount applied. If your order cans a quantity more than our current stock you will see a message telling you have back ordered items. You then can choose to have your items "Ship Partial" or "Ship Complete." Since we are the manufacturers of our products, any back ordered product will ship within ten days.

You can click checkout or return to the Quick Order Form. You can also use the site, as usual, all the products will have your wholesale discount applied.

Once you click checkout, you will see a pop-up to confirm your shipping address. Press the CONTINUE button, you then see the checkout page.

Please enter your information and press COMPLETE ORDER. Your order will be confirmed, and we will start shipping it out to you immediately.
